The medical college has an attached 1500+ bedded super-specialty hospital, which has served the healthcare needs of over 1 crore patients since 2005. SRM Medical College regularly features at the top of the national rankings in the country. The medical college is also a centre for vibrant research, adding numerous publications, clinical trials, and vaccine trials to its list every year.

The programs at SRM Medical & Health Sciences include courses across the spectrum, ranging from Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Public Health, and Allied Sciences. The objective is to create a broader panoramic view of the field by exposing them to the various aspects of the healthcare industry. We were also one of the few private medical colleges in India to successfully conduct the COVID-19 vaccine trials in association with ICMR-Bharat Biotech (Covaxin).
